Just Perfect was founded by Karen in 2014 while she was working in a specialist acute ward/ITU setting in the NHS, where she dedicated 26 years of service. Karen's passion for beauty and her desire to make people feel good led her to the world of aesthetics. She is an advanced aesthetic practitioner, specialising in all aspects of non-invasive procedures.

Karen is fully qualified and insured in various advanced procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, facial fillers, non-surgical facelifts, PDO threads, PDO cogs, fat-dissolving injections, and vitamin B12/B Complex/C and D injections. She also offers skin boosters, such as Profhilo, Jalupro/Jalutox, and TK3. Additionally, Karen is certified in first aid, anaphylaxis, and emergency dissolving procedures. She is also a fully qualified makeup artist and eyelash technician, specialising in semi-permanent lashes, lash lifts, and HD brows.
